It took three tries over the course of a day with three different plumbers. This was the third time in a month that my toilet had backed up. The final plumber used was a pro, and did the job right. I'm thankful for that, but it took too long and too many tries. Previously, about a year ago, the toilet had clogged and it took three days before anyone even got back to me. You are way understaffed and have no redundancy regarding workers.

Multiple noise complaints have not been addressed, maintenance requests are frequently ignored or never followed up on and repair work is often slapdash and shoddy. Iâve been waiting for close to two years for my bathtub to be resealed despite multiple requests.
