The verdugo mesa apartments are the most professional kind and caring apartments I have ever dealt with. They were so attentive to my need to move and assisted in getting me approved quick and easy. I love the inviting office staff they are helpful nice and easy to talk to. If your looking for a place to live and people that care look no further.

Had me put a holding deposit and took forever to get back to me and already got accepted somewhere else and took my holding deposit cause I didn't accept their lease

I have lived at Radford Apts since 2016 which is prior to AMC taking over the property management for the building so it’s wonderful to finally have staff who respond to tenant’s needs. Natasha the assistant property manager really knows her job and embraces her mission of meeting the needs of tenants. Thank goodness for bringing her on board. Lorna M

Moved in with a roommate for few month. Most neighbors r nice and quiet but one neighbor exposes herself for everyone to hear every night and kids are also exposed to this noise. So inappropriate and traumatizing that I canât consent to hearing the horrible things the neighbor does. The lady who makes this noise is also yelling all day and night and blasts music so loud, my quality of living has gone down. I canât sleep, I canât work from home because of this, and I canât do anything about it

I have loved living at VM for the past 5 years. It truly feels like a community thanks to Maria and her team. Any questions and/or maintenance requests were resolved promptly. The apartment was truly perfect and I will miss this place dearly.

Stayed here at a friendâs apartment for a week and yikes!!! Scary fights from a couple that lives here. We were terrified to go outside because of all the scary yelling and pounding the building was shaking like crazy. Felt very unsafe. Not one moment of quiet all night for the whole week! Even the children here have to listen to constant indecency!!

Horrible people live here. Nonstop noise 24/7. I hear disgusting things everyday from someone living hear. Management said nothing could be done. This place is not safe for children.
