SCAM! YOU WILL NEVER BE CONTACTED AT ALL!!!!!!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME We applied for a unit that was to be ready end of October/ beginning of November. We applied and were told that we can place a $200 deposit to hold the unit. One week after applying NO COMMUNICATION. We called and she stated she was too busy and overwhelmed and thought it was applied but wasn’t sure, and would call us tomorrow. SHE NEVER CALLED AGAIN. we had to reach out to withdraw due to her poor communication. She said oh you did get approved. THAT WOULD BE GREAT BUT 1. We had to call to even get any word back, 2. She NEVER EVER CALLED US AT ALL. 3 NEVER GOT AN ACTUAL NOTICE THAT WE WERE APPROVED. We didn’t even want the unit anymore and when we called to notify her of the withdrawal THATS WHEN SHE DECIDED TO NOTIFY US. And because of her poor communication she said she can no longer refund the $200 This place is a SCAM BEWARE! YOU WILL NEVER HEAR BACK and LOSE MONEY

Natasha is amazing! Through the process of moving in she has gone above and beyond to be helpful, supportive and professional. Her communication is fast and reliable and beyond that she has compassion as a person. I cannot say enough nice things about her and am so grateful for her help through the stressful moving experience. Having her on our side has helped tremendously. The verdugo mesa apartments are the most professional kind and caring apartments I have ever dealt with. They were so attentive to my need to move and assisted in getting me approved quick and easy. I love the inviting office staff they are helpful nice and easy to talk to. If your looking for a place to live and people that care look no further.

Had me put a holding deposit and took forever to get back to me and already got accepted somewhere else and took my holding deposit cause I didn't accept their lease
