The property manager, Natasha is very helpful very understanding and very kind hearted. We most people would judge me based on my outer appearance. She never treated me any differently and that is highly appreciated. She treats you with respect and she talks to you like a human being not just like if you’re Nothing but a paycheck she is such a good property manager that when I wanted to make a move closer to where my son lives, I waited to make sure the other apartment she manages was open. I wish there was a lot more people like her working that field she’s in thank you Natasha for everything with high regards Carlos Duarte formally 4273 apartment number three.

Update. Saw they marked the parkings in front but not the entire. They did their job partially. So if you parked at the back without saying reserved but it actually is, then your scammed by them (again). â They donât have guests parking! All the parking spots are not clearly marked as reserved so any one who parks will be towed! I strongly believe that they partnered with a towing company to get extra bucks! My friend even told me that there's a car that gets towed EVERYDAY! Suggestions: PAINT your parking spots as RESERVED if it is because your management has been fooling a lot of people causing unnecessary distress!

The re-starting of my heater yesterday was fine. There is a much larger issue, however. Work orders are very frequently put in for specific repairs that are simply not executed, without any explanation, apology, nothing. As if these work orders had never existed. Please get on it, because if it is not corrected, it will blow up in your face one of these days.
